     The hotel offers 40 rooms and 2 apartments, entirely renovated, bright, comfortable and luxurious, with a view over the historic streets of Nice or the private garden. The rooms have a private bathroom with bathtub or shower, wc, hairdryer, some with a balcony, air-conditioning, direct telephone line, satellite television (CNN, Eurosport, Rai Uno, TVE,...), WIFI internet charged 4.50 € per hour. The apartments offer a decor focused on refinement: quality fabrics, harmonious tones, plush carpet, stylish furniture and soft lighting. They have a large private bathroom with shower, wc, hairdryer, balcony, kitchenette with cooker, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, air-conditioning, direct telephone line, satellite television (CNN, Eurosport, Rai Uno, TVE,...), WIFI internet charged 4.50 € per hour. - 10 rooms are non-smoking. - 2 rooms are specially equipped to accommodate disabled guests. - Baby bed free of charge. - Extra bed for a child in Prestige rooms only: free up to 12 years old. - Extra bed for a child from 13 years old or an adult in Prestige or Triple rooms or Apartments: 35 euros per night (except during the Monaco Formula One Race). Maximum 1 extra bed in a room - on request and subject to availability.

Breakfast :

     Buffet breakfast. Not included in the room rates: 12 € per person. Served in a beautiful and stylish room opened onto a green terrace where breakfast can be taken on sunny days. Room service from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. with no extra charge. City tax not included in the rates: 0.90 € per person and per day. Check-in: 2 p.m.  /  Check-out: 12 noon Reception open 24h/24
