     The 82 non-smoking apartments are made of studios and 3-room apartments all in 2 large new 3-floor buildings equipped with elevators. They are spacious, comfortables, fully-appointed and equipped. Half of the apartments have a terrace or a balcony with a garden view or overlooking the Medieval City or the mountains (on request). Equipments : - Kitchen area with electric hot plates, microwave, kitchenware and dishwasher (except for the studios). - Living-room / dining area: 1 sofa bed, table and chairs, TV with foreign channels (CNN, TVE, Euronews), reversible air-conditioning - 2- and 3- room apts : 1 or 2 bedroom(s) with 1 queen size bed or 2 single beds - Bathroom with bathtub, (separated toilets for 2- and 3 room apts) - 7 apartments for disabled guests with shower and WC - Towels and sheets are furnished on arrival. For any change, please ask at the reception. - On the day of departure, clients will have to clean the kitchen area and take out the garbage cans. For any apartment left in a bad state, the hotel can require the paiment of an additional cleaning (45 € - 55 €), depending on the size of the apartment. Accommodation on offer : - Studio for 2 persons (30 to 40 m²): a pullout sofa bed in the living-room, a dining room, a kitchen area and bathroom with toilet. - 2-room apartment for up to 4 persons (35 to 45 m²): a bedroom, a living(room with a pullout sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen area, a bathroom and separate toilets. - 3-room apartments for up to 6 persons (55 to 60 m²): 2 bedrooms, a living-room with a pullout sofa bed, a dining room, a kitchen area, a bathroom and separate toilets.

Breakfast :

     Breakfast (cold buffet) not included in the rates: 8.50 € per person. It consists of French viennoiseries, cold meat and cheese, cereals, orange juice, yoghurts and a machine for warm drinks. Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room located in the gatehouse. Please order the night before. City tax not included in the rates: 1 € per person and per day. The city taxes have to be paid at the moment of the check-in. Check-in: between 4 pm - 8 pm  /  Check-out: between 8 am - 10 am The reception is located in the gatehouse and the desk is open from 8 am to 12 noon and from 4 pm to 8 pm. Please contact the residence during the opening hours for access instructions in case of late arrival after 8 pm.
